Diamax offers its services on a time and materials basis from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, (Eastern, GMT-5) Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays) at the standard rates listed below. We respond to service requests as rapidly as possible and adhere to a clear service level agreement for all our customers.
We offer emergency support 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. There is always a senior software engineer familiar with your Diamax solution on-call. If you designate a request ‘urgent priority’, Diamax will evaluate the matter immediately between 9:00AM and 5:00PM or within 1 hour afterhours. Our team works diligently to address urgent priority requests as quickly as possible. Hourly rates for emergency or rush support are 1.5 times the standard rates. Tasks are tracked and billed in 15 minute increments.
A letter of engagement can be executed within 24 hours for new customers and there is no minimum commitment. Services will not be provided without an active contract, letter of engagement, or maintenance agreement.
