Committee collaboration

Messages are then routed by the system to all other committee members and simultaneously stored in an online archive for quick reference.  Members can rapidly add photos, files, and URLs to the archive without ever logging in to the website by simply by adding tags to the subject line of an e-mail message.

Set up and run a variety of specific polls in different parts of the website.  Schedule polls to open and close at predetermined times, configure them to run on visitor entry or exit, password protect them for members-only voting, or place them on specific pages for highly focused feedback.

Online Submission Forms (NEW!)

Set-up online submission forms anywhere on your AssociationCMS website.  Add or remove fields and create your own labels, define which fields are to be validated by the system, insert instructions, and enable file upload features.  

Track submissions within AssociationCMS and export data for tracking in Excel, Access, FileMaker Pro, etc. 

System automatically generates e-mail messages to key staff notifying them when forms have been submitted online.  Notification e-mails contain a summary of key data and links to access the complete submission.

Secure online archive of online submissions and associated file attachments is accessible to reviewers and staff.
